Presidential advisor on security matters Gen Salim Saleh Akandwanaho has issued a last warning to Ugandan Turkey-based controversial blogger Fred Lumbuye who lately pro-announced his dead.

Fred Lumbuye has been announcing some government officials dead when they are not. Last year he announced president Museveni and it caused him problems of deportation.  Two months ago, he falsely announced Gen Salim Saleh dead.

Last week, Fred Lumbuye went on social media and said Gen Salim Saleh is dead and that he in fact died in August of 2022.

However, over the weekend, Lumbuye was left swimming in shame after Gen Salim Saleh appeared in public as he attended his daughter’s introduction ceremony and talked about his death rumors.

Gen Salim Saleh said Lumbuye means nothing to him. He even said that if he wants to bring Lumbuye back to Uganda he can do it in one day.

“I hear that Lumbuye is announcing me dead and I am here alive. You all know me if I want him to come back to Uganda I will bring him,” Gen Salim Saleh said.
