Former presidential candidate Mr. Joseph Kabuleta has been arrested and charged with promoting hatred against Banyarwanda living in Uganda and Banyankole from Western Uganda.

Banyankole is a tribe located in Western Uganda and that is the same tribe where the President of Uganda H. E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni comes from.

This is according to Daily monitor saying Kabuleta will be in prison as the court gets to resolve his charges.
