Buchaman threatens to run back to Bobi Wine’s camp after being used & dumped by NRM

Self crowned ghetto president and singer Mark Bugembe also known as Buchaman has threatened to leave the ruling party National Resistance Movement (NRM).

The singer was two years ago initiated into the ruling party and handed a very juicy post by president Yoweri Museveni as the presidential advisor on ghetto affairs. This was in the build up to the highly contested Presidential elections in 2021.

Now, Buchaman is angry that he was given an empty title without any notable responsibility. According to the singer, he was appointed but not given an opportunity to implement some projects down in the ghetto like a presidential advisor does.

Buchaman went ahead and said if NRM doesn’t give him funds to implement his projects he will return to his friend Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine, of the opposition political party National Unity Platform.

“If NRM doesn’t allow me to implement my projects I will return to my long time friend Bobi Wine. I am speaking this openly so that they can know my next moves. We the ghetto youth are tired of waiting,” Buchaman fumed.

It should be noted that he is not the first person to threaten to leave the NRM camp in the aftermath of the General elections in which the ruling party didn’t do well in Kampala and the central region as a whole. Catherine Kusasira another singer and  Presidential advisor last week threatened to also leave NRM.
