“Direct Salt TV to produce video of Pastor Bugingo’s introduction!” Male Mabirizi writes to UCC

Prof Kayiwa Warns Lawyer Mabirizi Over Dragging Pastor Bugingo To Court

Controversial city Lawyer Male Mabirizi has written to the Uganda Communications Commission-UCC, asking for their help to obtain more evidence against House oF prayer ministries lead pastor Aloysius Bugingo in a case where he is accused of entering into an illegal traditional marriage with Suzan Makula.

Male wants the Commission to order Salt TV, owned by Bugingo to produce video footage of the events that happened in Kyebando, on the day of Bugingo’s introduction.

Salt TV had covered the event live and Male Mabirizi believes the video footage in their custody will help make his case stronger against Bugingo and Suzan Makula.

“I have written to UCC to direct Salt TV to give us the full video of his introduction. Am waiting for the response and have a go ahead,” – Male revealed to BOOM.UG.

The lawyer dragged Bugingo and Makula to court seeking to make them answerable for what he calls an illegal marriage they entered into last month, despite the fact that the pastor is still married to his legal Wife Teddy Naluswa Bugingo.

It should be remembered that while filing his defence in the case, Bugingo denied ever having been introduced by Suzan Makula, saying he only went there to attend a function where he was merely a guest.
