Kulthum seeks restraining order to restrict Muzaata’s family from near her home and son

Late Shiekh Nuhu Muzaata’s widow Kulthum Nabunya is seeking a restraining order on her husband’s relatives to restrict them from accessing her home and son.

According to the late’s family members, Nabweru Court summoned them after Kulthum filed a case.

“We received a letter inviting us to Nabweru court, that’s why we are here. She says that she doesn’t want Shiekh Muzaata’s relatives to be around her home even if it is to visit her son. She wants the court to give us a restraining order whereby if we are found around her home, we get arrested,” a close relative to Muzaata cries out.
