Cindy Sanyu opens up on missing stage after weeks on maternity leave

Dancehall songstress and Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) president Cindy Sanyu is already missing stage few weeks of taking maternity leave.

Cindy also known as the King herself is one of the most energetic female artistes in Uganda.

But after her official marriage to actor Atiku Prynce, her stage performance reduced because she got pregnant and also went on a break of giving birth and raising her child.

One year after receiving a child and preparing herself to fully get on stage, Cindy Sanyu got pregnant with her third baby and is currently on leave waiting to receive her third child.

According to Cindy, she is already missing stage performances because that has been most of her life. She started singing at a young age and she has never been off stage for a long time.

It should be noted that there are different Ugandan female artistes who have taken a break to give birth and have returned much better and more energetic.

“God has not given us a spirit of fear
But He has given unto us a spirit of power, love and a sound mind.
I miss the stage,” Cindy Sanyu.
