Actress and dramatist Shamim Mayanja has revealed shocking details about her source of income in her life. She said married is one of her main sources of income as a house and mother to her beloved children.
So many married women especially those working, always contribute something at home like paying bills for the family and buying some food.
However, for Shamim Mayanja, hers is a different case because her husband doesn’t allow her to pay for anything yet she makes a lot of money.
In an interview with NTV Uganda, Shamim said working without spending on home bills is considered her main source of income.
She revealed that if she tries to pay any bills, her husband repays her the money she has used. Shamim said she has a book where she keeps records of what she demands from her husband after paying bills.
“My main source of income is my marriage. My husband rarely asks me to pay bills, and even when I do, he asks me to note the amount so that he can pay it back. In fact, I have a book where I keep track of the money he owes me.” – Shamim Mayanja Dramatist
