Presidential advisor and singer Buchaman real name Mark Bugembe has refused to apologise for smoking weed live on stage.
Buchaman was asked by Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) to apologise to Ugandans because that’s not the way artistes behave while on stage performing.
The self-proclaimed ghetto president is always smoking weed wherever he goes. He once even said that weed is not bad, people take it as medicine and it has no harm on anyone unless it is misused.
Weed being his signature, Buchaman said Ugandans that want him to apologise will not get the apology because he didn’t do any crime. All he did was smoke and nothing else.
“The whole world knows i smoke ganja. It shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone that I smoke. I will not apologize to anyone I didn’t do anything wrong by smoking on stage,” Buchaman said.
