Kampala city tycoon Sipapa real name Olim Charles has asked the court to speed up his cases so that he can be set free.
Sipapa was arrested last year alongside his wife Shamira Rukia Nakiyemba. He was accused of theft and robbery of a South Sudanese citizen living in Bunga, Kampala.
Police said among the things that ware stolen from the mystrious South Sudanese house like a phone and laptops plus some money were found in Sipapa’s home where his wife and children resided.
Despite the fact that Sipapa’s wife wasn’t actively involved in the porported robbary, she was also arrested. However, the husband is now fighting for the Freedom of both of them.
More cases have been imposed on them and Sipapa is not ready to take them on. Yesterday as he appeared before court he said he doesn’t know about cases and he wants his cases to be heard fast so that the get free.
Sipapa said he doesn’t know anything about the cases imposed on him and neither does his wife.
