Renowned music Promoter Abby Musinguzi alias Abitex together with events emcee Elvis Francis Jjuuko have finally been granted bail.
The Makindye Chief Magistrate Court in Makindye has released Abitex promotions boss and Elvis Francis on a UGX 2 million bail each and UGX 20 million noncash to sureties.
Elvis Francis Jjuuko was the MC on the night of the stampede at Freedom City.
The two are batting charges related to the death of 11 revellers and many hospitalized during the new year celebration stampede at Freedom City along Kampala-Entebbe highway.
The two will appear in court on February 7, 2023.
