Singer Mansour Ssemanda aka King Saha spent most of his festive holidays on a sick bed after he was rushed to hospital fighting for his life.
Saha was rushed to Nakasero hospital on December 28, 2022, after he was attacked by a strange illness that nearly took his life.
The actual cause of his unwell is still a mystery since doctors are yet to reveal what exactly is eating up the singers fresh.
However, according to fresh reports on Boom Uganda news desk, the’ Zakayo’ singer has been advised to enroll in rehab over drug abuse.
Apparently, all this is because the Medics cited drug overdose in his bloodstream and have asked singer to abstain from drugs for atleast 4 years.
However, King Saha is yet to respond on whether to enroll in rehab or will defy doctors’ orders.
Meanwhile, King Saha has been battling with Bebe Cool for the past one year simply because he asked him to stop using drugs, which he claims is his own right.
